Are you a talented draughtsman seeking a dynamic role in a leading engineering firm? Our client is on the hunt for a skilled Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Wet, and/or Fire services draughtsman to join their innovative team.

**Responsibilities**
- Tracing marked-up building services drawings.
- Managing files and documents efficiently.
- Setting up drawing title blocks and page layouts.
- Participating in internal design and concept meetings.
- Attending project meetings with engineers and clients.
- Coordinating services with various stakeholders.
- Occasionally visiting sites for as-built marking.
- Demonstrating familiarity with building and construction terminology

**Requirements**:

- Proven MEPF draughtsman experience, particularly within the building services sector.
- Communicate effectively and work well in teams.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Navigate project-specific document management software.
- Think in three dimensions to interpret plans, elevations, and sections.
- Software Experience Required:

- Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office suite is mandatory.
- Experience with REVIT is preferable.
