**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing team members.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Ensure all training administrative data is kept up to date. This includes, training plans, skills matrix, calendars and all training material

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of InDesk would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong administrative skills in terms tracking and working with data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of diverse teams.
- Familiarity with the latest training tools and technologies.
