**An opportunity has become available for a Training Coordinator at Vitro**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management and/or Training & Development
- SDF Qualification would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Good knowledge & understanding of the production process is essential.
- Very good technical abilities with a strong work ethic
- Ability to identify problems and/or challenges - very methodical in finding solutions
- Ability to work independently
- Health and safety knowledge
- Leadership skills

**KEY OUTPUTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Hands-on approach and pride in work performance
- Team player and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise own initiative whilst supporting team members
- Ability to lead, support as well as coach a team
- Understanding of extrusion process will be an added advantage
- Identify New SOP and develop them as needed/required
- Measure factory SOP competency as well as SOP training and Evaluation
- Monthly Training & SOP report (to be presented at Exco by Training Coordinator)
- Record keeping of training registers and all training related documents
- Constant liaison with Foreign Technicians for skills transfer
- Coordinate and provide attendance registers for all training interventions
- Compile and send monthly training record report to Training Department
- Factory training administration and conduct on job observations
- Liaise and conduct all training related activities including Factory WSP compilation and audits
