**MANAGEMENT REPORTS TO**: GENERAL MANAGER

**JOB INFORMATION SUMMARY**

Manage a Large Team of 3 Front of House, 16 -18 Therapists, 4 Housekeeping and Gardens / Maintenance

**Main duties include but not limited to**:

- Oversee and manage the daily running and scheduling of the Spa.
- Uphold the standard of the Spa and care for Guest Satisfaction to ensure Guest retention
- Be able to control orders, expenses and closely control the profit and loss of the Spa to ensure the Spa is financially profitable.
- Must have a financial entrepreneurially understanding
- Understand and be able to create Menu Costing, monthly promotions, and property packages
- Be Business minded and able to create Spa Promotions, Displays and Events to increase Revenue
- Able to manage the Spa social media accounts and work with marketing to create advertising campaigns.
- Needs to be friendly and approachable but able to handle stressful situations and conflicts
- Will be responsible for Stock Takes and stocking issuing and ensuring Cost of Sale is upheld
- Needs to have attention to detail
- Needs to be a problem solver and able to think on their feet
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Spa is always maintained.
- Be up to date with all activities taking place at the Spa
- Induct and train staff
- Deal with guest complaints as per the company’s policy
- Meet the targets as set out by Top Management.
- Attend all meetings.
- Provide innovative ways to manage the Spa and processes
- Perform any instruction as given by Management.
- Maintain the Health and Safety procedures of the Spa

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Somatology Diploma
- 3+ Years Spa Management Experience
- PC literate
- Proven track record
