**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Your main responsibility is to align, implement, manage and facilitate day to day operational elements of HR activities including policies, practices, and procedures that support the functioning of the departments, ensuring all elements are all aligned with the company’s strategic goals and best practices.

Most importantly, you will be responsible to manage the Payroll function and to ensure that all labour legislative requirements are met.

**DUTIES**

The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Legislative compliance (i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA).
- Talent acquisition.
- Onboarding.

- Remuneration & benefits.
- Payroll management
- Record-keeping & statistics.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric/grade 12.
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar position, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- At least three to five years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.
- Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA, and LRA.
