_**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:_

Reporting directly to the Management Accountant; with a functional reporting line to the Finance Administrator, and working closely with the broader Revenue Systems Business Unit. To Support the Finance team on all Finance administration for Syntell, Revenue Systems.

Outputs include:

- Revenue Systems’ capturing and clearing of Credit Cards, Expense Claims and Advances
- Assist with BU’s Invoicing
- Assist with BU’s Statements
- Create Purchase/ Sales Orders for Release
- General Finance Bookkeeping
- Finance Month End
- Legal, Record Matrix and QA Compliance
- General
- **Requirements**:_
- Completed National Senior Certificate _- Essential_
- Completed Financial Management or releated qualification (Degree / Diploma) - _Essential_
- 0 - 2 years' experience in Finance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP (Advantage)
