Briefing / Debriefing

Our client, a leading Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain company based in Kraaifontein, the Western Cape, wants to appoint a Briefer/Debriefer who will be responsible to ensure the timeous delivery of loads at its end destination.

**Duties**:

- Tracking - on route monitoring.
- Monitoring of route progress.
- Loading & Offloading (Driver brief and de-brief).
- Maximum utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes, and fuel.
- Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements.
- Accident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation.
- Administrative duties and Document control.
- Solving queries and problem-solving.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management advantageous.
- Previous working experience in a similar role will be an advantage - minimum of 1 year.
- Passion for Transport & Logistics.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Work independently and without supervision.
- Self-driven, multitask and excellent interaction skills.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kraaifontein, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Briefing / Debriefing: 1 year (required)
