**The Role**

We are recruiting an MTO Co-ordinator to work closely with the MTO team and help achieve the success of our various MTO (Money Transfer Organizations) projects, as well as keep the team updated with information, reporting and projections to drive the business forward.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- New node launch coordinating
- New node and new market projections and reporting
- Draft communication to MTOs for various announcements, updates, and important information
- Data extraction, sorting, populating, and quality-checking
- Day-to-day team KPI reporting
- FX rate weekly analysis and reporting to MTO team
- Gap analysis on MTOs and working closely with Vice Presidents and Account Managers in soliciting feedback from MTO partners
- Work closely with the VIP Service Account Manager to close loops and provide feedback to MTOs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product team members) to ensure timely feedback is provided by the MTO team where there exists a dependency
- A relevant qualification in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, Communications, Law, or any other relevant field
- Analytical skills and well versed in Microsoft Excel
- French speaking is a bonus
