**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Identify, screen and hire Medical and Nursing talent

Review CV’s / resumes for educational and job history requirements

Maintain a database of new and existing Medical and Nursing talent

Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession

Attend Staff meetings as and when needed with any problems, solutions and suggestions

Matric

National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter (Healthcare / Hospital sector - advantageous)

Proven track record of successful placements - preferably in Healthcare / hospital sectors

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Must possess Strong Organizational Skills

Must possess Excellent Communications Skills & Telephone Etiquette

Strong Computer Literacy Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet)

Knowledge of healthcare policies and processes
