Depot Controller

Key Responsibilities
- The purpose of this position is to improve processes in support of the organizational goals.
- Preparation and management of Depot budgets.
- To drive cost containment against set Budgets.
- To drive and be custodian of all Depot Projects.
- To ensure that organizational physical stock management processes and procedures are adhered to, to ensure effective stock management and that loss/gains are within the set tolerances.
- To manage HSSEQ at depot, by ensuring that all staff adheres to the HSSEQ policies, procedures, and rules.
- Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards.
- Ensuring HR and IR policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at depot level

Minimum Experience Required
- National Diploma in Operations Management OR Logistics
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations within the petroleum industry
- Sound knowledge and on the job experience in depot operations
- 3-5 experience in managing drivers /employees
- The ability to work in ways that achieve remarkable performance
- Awareness of HR Management.
- Expertise in the HSSEQ function.
- The ability to make informed and effective decisions.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management displaying good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work with others to make a real difference.
- An awareness and the ability to create innovative solutions to business challenges

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
