Fleet & Distribution Coordinator

Well-Established and Reputable Distribution Centre seeking your skills & experience in the following:

- Experience with outsourcing transporters
- Ensure all Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deadlines are met
- Management and reconciliation of Diesel Usage and Calculation
- Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
- Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
- Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers
- Briefing and debriefing of drivers
- Co-ordinate and management tracker and control systems
- Manage and ensure extended life of trucks.
- Track & Control Budget vs Actual
- Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
- Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
- Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
- Vehicle inspections and repair arrangements
- Ensure reporting of late or non-deliveries
- All reporting must be done timeously
- Ensure that rucks leave site on time
- Ensure that tracking is done on both Company owned and outsourced vehicles (DRM & Roadshow)
- Request official purchase orders in accordance with company policy for all purchases within the department

**You are required to have at least 2 years' relevant experience within a Distribution environment** and have:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Able to work shifts

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
