Reputable FMCG Organisation with well-established footprint and leader within the food industry is looking for your experience as a Warehouse Administrator.

**You are required to have at least 2 years' experience as an Administrator within a Food Warehouse environment **and have:

- Stock processing and coordinating experience on a FIFO basis
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental matters
- Grade 12
- HR Experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Available Immediately
- Ability to work in pressurised environment
- Self-motivated and mature

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate weekly aged stock counts, captured and distribute to promote sales and stock rotation on a FIFO basis.
- Co-ordinate stock take with Warehouse Manager.
- Co-ordinate daily cycle counts, consolidate and compare to system stock to confirm stock accuracy.
- Review equipment checklists for non-conformances identified and action daily. (e.g. Forklifts)
- Expenses track and control of actual to budget.
- Perform purchasing function.
- Co-ordinate, track and control of Warehouse damages.
- Stock processing on time daily to ensure accurate stock records for demand planning.
- Perform HR functions.
- Coordinate and assist Warehouse Manager with Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental matters.
- Co-ordinate and assist the manager with company management processes. (Continues improvement processes)
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting on applicable value drivers, (Key performance areas) to targets and coordinating corrective action plan preparation and implementation to ensure targets are achieved.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Warehousing and Stock within Food sector: 2 years (required)
- Occupational Health and Food Safety: 2 years (required)
