As the Human Resource Officer, you will provide efficient HR administration support to the HRBP for the designated business unit, assist with the implementation of HR projects, communicate general HR and risk management advice; ensure a proactive approach to compliance and corporate governance from an HR perspective.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Control all documentation from time of initiation and follow through on all outstanding documentation for designated business unit.
- Engage with new recruits on company benefits and completion of the relevant documentation thereof.
- Conduct exit interviews and finalise exit documentation.
- Ensure that termination checklists are completed and all the relevant departments are duly informed.
- Co-ordinate induction program for all new recruits.
- Resolve all payroll and employee benefits related queries within the allocated time-frame.
- Co-ordinate all leave forms (annual, maternity, family responsibility, sick etc.) and ensure leave forms are captured accordingly.
- Coordination of disciplinary hearings, grievances and appeal processes.
- Preparation of CCMA file and submit to relevant HRBP for designated Business Unit.
- Assist with skills audit tracking and implementation of action plans thereof.
- Co-ordinate, consolidate, compile and submit all weekly/monthly reporting to the HRBP within set timeframes; e.g. Reports on exit interviews and trends.
- Update the Business Unit HR Dashboard, employment equity tracker, IR Tracker, training schedule and HR Admin Tracker
- Work in a flexible way when the occasion arises so that tasks, which are not specifically covered in the job description, are undertaken.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 2 - 3 years minimum related experience (preferbaly in a large organization - Security Industry experience is advantageous)
- Must have drivers license and willing to travel
