National food service supplier based in Pretoria in search of an Application Support Agent. The Support Agent is the point of contact for customers with queries about orders and any other queries received after a sale was made (after sales support). Must be a good communicator, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers. Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience within a similar environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist sales team with customer queries both internally and telephonically

Be flexible and creative in dealing with customers

Assist customers that phone to enquire about products and services

Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Timeously identify potential bottlenecks or delays

Taking ownership of customer issues and following standard service desk procedures

To train and assist Sales Consultants with using the app and helping them to sell the benefits of the app system to customers

Assist with the app payments and get that set up with customers in conjunction with Sales Reps and Credit Controllers

To assist Consultants in setting up the app with customers and train customers on how to use the app system when making an order or tracking their delivery

Assisting to setup targeted customers initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants

To assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges regarding the app system

Contacting customers when % drop against previous months, discover the reason and assist the customer

Contacting customers that repeatedly come up on the credit note register that consistently make mistakes when ordering online to assist the customer

Be able to assist customers with any other query relevant to the app system

To give Daily/Weekly/Monthly accurate reporting regarding the progress and tracking of the app sales as required by Branch Management

In conjunction with the Sales Manager, ensure that the Branch maintains the desired percentage of orders processed via the online ordering system

Take part in stock take.

**Education**:
Matric

IT Qualification on system administration will be adv

Sales experience from the hospitality industry will be adv.

Food industry experience

Computer Literate especially in Excel (Advanced Excel skills required)

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Application Support Agent

**Skills**:
Strong Customer Relations

Multi-task in a high stress environment

Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Verbal and Non-Verbal)

Excellent and in-depth knowledge of Excel

Be multilingual and client relation skills

A high level of confidentiality

The ability to work accurately and independently, with attention to detail.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
