**PURPOSE STATEMENT**:
The focus of the role is to assist RCI’s members to achieve their holiday requirements by providing sales and service advice, which will ensure the achievement of individual, team and departmental targets and benchmarks.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Undertake inbound and outbound call activity as directed
- Achieve sales targets and service benchmarks with special emphasis on Quality Assurance and FAME scores, and the attainment of member satisfaction
- Ensure relevant documentation is accurately completed and delivered to members in a timely manner
- Process domestic transactions, including exchanges, bonus vacations, rentals, and any additional products and/ or transactions relevant to RCI’s suite of products
- Actively participate in team meetings, teambuilding activities and industry functions and events as required
- Work on projects and campaigns as directed

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations
- Proven sales ability with a strong focus on customer service
- Timeshare industry knowledge highly regarded
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Can work well as part of a team, as well as individually
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated strong computer skills
