**We are seeking a Store Administrator (Retail) for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- **Grade 12, Bookkeeping diploma advantageous**
***:

- **Valid drivers license with own car and good working knowledge on MS Office**
***:

- **3+ years’ experience in retail industry in a similar financial administrative role**
***:

- **Systems experience on Sage preferred, and must be wiling to work every Saturday during initial two-month training period, and every alternative Saturday thereafter**
***:

- **Must be well organized, able to multitask and good at dealing with money**
***

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:
***
- **Processing GRV’s and IBT’s (Goods received and Inventory system)**
***:

- **Processing credit notes, monitor & report on cash sales and debtors outstanding**
***:
***:

- **Handle petty cash, control fuel spend recon and supervisor cards**
***:

- **Control order book, handle banking issues and coaching junior staff**
***:
***:

- **Action POD’s/Invoices/Orders, information regional finance of journals to be done**
***:

- **Internal account recons, update claims and reconcile fleet amounts**
***:

- **Cashbook - queries, process refunds, receipting**
***:

- **HR - engagement document compliance, update staff files, WCA claims**
***:

- **Order staff clothing, funeral & disability claims as well as dependent amendments**
***:

- **Placing orders of stationery, groceries and consumables**
***:

- **Logging IT tickets, place orders from procurement dept**
***:

- **Respond to internal audits and check store compliance, correct deficiencies**
***:

- **Coordinate leave, ensure dress compliance, float handovers, coordinate junior staff functions**
***

***

**Salary: R12 000.00 - R18 000.00 pm, dependent on experience, Provident, Medical**
