As the Rewards Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that all Rewards and Benefits administration matters are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with the company policies and procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of various aspects of the role and having a firm, diplomatic and fair approach to all staff.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**Benefits Administration**
- Responsible for the administration of all employee benefits (i.e. pensions, long service awards, GPA, Medical Aid, temporary disablement, COID).
- Manage the memberships and administration of RMA Billed employees.
- Responsible for ICAS Support Administration.
- Induct and present RMA employee benefits to all new starters
- Coordinate all HC related events (i.e. wellness days).

**HC Reward Administration**
- Respond to, action and process all HR requests i.e. promotions, transfers, reporting and job title changes.
- Provide superior quality services to clients by receiving incoming calls and providing technical support and guidance as per defined norms.
- Actively take ownership, responsibility and facilitate a solution as the first call respondent to queries, originating from employees, within agreed timelines and professional standards.
- Actively troubleshoot to identify, assess, record, resolve and/or escalate incidents and service requests ensuring that they are handled within an agreed time limit, within agreed processes and in a professional and customer sensitive manner.
- Engage and interface with users, management, external service providers and members.
- Coordinate the employee on-boarding process including:

- The preparation all internal and external offers
- Ensure that employee information is captured and maintained accurately on the HR System
- Coordinate the off-boarding process by ensuring that all terminated employees are seamlessly exited from the business.
- Prepare all other Letters (Promotion, Moves, Reporting lines) as and when required.
- Maintain the end-to-end exit process and ensure that all exit related data is captured and filed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide information to management and employees on personnel policies and procedures.

**Reporting**
- Provide input and information for monthly and exco reports by agreed deadlines and ensuring quality of data. Send to the HC Analytics Consultant for compilation.
- Continuously maintain HC Records and ensure that filing is up to date.
- Responsible for Monthly Reward Reporting and maintaining of employee grade lists.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Knowledge of business policies, processes and procedures, legal compliance
- NQF Level 6: Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2 to 3 years in Human Resources
- Good working knowledge and understanding of computer systems and technologies
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good working knowledge of Human Capital
- Administration experience
- Knowledge of administration of employee benefits
