**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- A Tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration or Finance (preferred)
- Extensive experience in providing support during Financial and B-BBEE audits
- Experience in CIPC, FICA?KYC and compliance processes
- A minimum of +5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experienced in Executive Board administration and proceedings

**KEY OUTPUTS**:

- Liaising with various stakeholders, at all levels.
- Diary management, scheduling and coordination of tasks and communication.
- Providing assistance during Financial, HR, and B-BBEE audits
- Performing meeting administration, at all levels pertaining to the role

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- Integrity and high levels of emotional intelligence is desired.
- Efficiency with a calm demeanour is sought after, to compliment the requirements of this role.
- This role would suit an individual who is practicable with problem-solving skills.

- Certificate (required)

- Financial Administration: 5 years (preferred)
