Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise warehouse operations and decentralised operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Coordinate logistics for collection routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee and take charge of the processing duties performed at the warehouse.
- Measure and report the effectiveness and efficiency of performance by warehouse personnel and general operations.
- Communicate job expectations and coach warehouse and operational personnel.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
