Are you ready to embark on an exciting retail journey and be a part of the Urban Zulu family? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team on a short-term 2-month contract with the potential for permanent placement, contingent upon exceptional performance.

**The Role**:
As a Sales Assistant at Urban Zulu, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
Providing expert product knowledge and style advice.
Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Handling cash transactions and ensuring accuracy.
Keeping the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Flexibility to work in any of our three Urban Zulu shops based on the roster.
**Work Schedule**:
This role requires dedication and flexibility. You'll be scheduled to work 5 days a week as per the roster, and you should be prepared to contribute your best to any of our three locations.
**Requirements**:
Have knowledge or experience of fashion industry
Qualification in fashion design
Must demonstrate knowledge of social media and digital platforms
Have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team.
Can handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
