**About the position**

**What will you be doing?**
- Participate in 5s activities and audits in the mill
- Conduct time studies for manufacturing processes and look for opportunities to improve
- Visual management improvements in the mill
- Contribute to waste identification in manufacturing processes (8 waste)
- Participate in structured kaizen events
- Prepare/ Review standard work instructions for manufacturing processes
- Provide support in problem solving activities
- Select a project that will bring improvements to the mill
