Job Description:
Key responsibilities:

- Focuses on day-to-day training
- Campaign Planning & Optimization: Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing PPC and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and improve targeting.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and track ad performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI. Compile reports to analyze results and make recommendations for optimization.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B tests for ad creatives and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget tracking and spend allocation across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of funds and adherence to budget goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Ask questions, ask for help

Minimum Requirements:
