- Adapt IT is currently recruiting for an EPM consultant to join their dynamic team. The EPM Consultant will be responsible for the development of EPM solutions and supporting the EPM team and clients on various EPM solutions. The EPM consultant will follow instructions according to the Team Lead/Line manager and will report directly to a Senior Member of the EPM team.**Job description**

**The EPM Consultant will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Required to assist in designing, development and configuring specific EPM solutions that best accommodates the needs of our customers.
- Undertake the delivery of best practice solutions that meet the highest standard.
- Assist in the activities to understand the customers’ needs and objectives, and present appropriate solutions in the form of meetings, presentations, proposals or product demonstrations.
- Be able to design high-quality reports, dashboards and graphical user interfaces with focus on creating a good user experience
- Monitor and maintain the EPM System ensuring that processes are operating effectively, and that data is transferring between the systems correctly.
- Problem and incident management of issues arising on the specific EPM System as well as the data movements between the systems and action the appropriate remedies for issues.
- Recording of problem and incident management within the required ticketing management system, to maintain customer SLAs.
- Be expected to take control of projects, tasks and all situations and guide team members.
- Be responsible for guiding, assisting and training of new graduates.
- Proactively and efficiently work on assigned tasks with mínimal supervision.
- As appropriate complete weekly time sheets and ensure timely and accurate billing of clients for work completed.
- Work directly with clients on various projects and communicate effectively and professionally on all levels.

**Minimum requirements**
- BCom in Information systems, BCom accounting and higher, BSc In Informatic, or related degree
- Microsoft SQL Skills (e.g. SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE and JOIN statements)
- Good financial understanding
- Understanding of Business Intelligence
- Understanding of multidimensional models (hierarchies, dimensions, etc.). Ability to work with multiple forms of data sets
- Experience of designing high-quality reports, dashboards and graphical user interfaces
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues which might occur in terms of system and data.
- Collaborative team player who establishes relationships with ease and communicates effectively with persons on all levels.
