Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Perform a range of dental procedures with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
2. Patient Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and educating them on oral health and treatment options. Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in case discussions and contribute to a team-oriented practice culture.
4. Practice Development: Actively contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Implement strategies to attract new patients, enhance patient retention, and promote the practice within the community.
5. Business Management: As a practice shareholder, actively participate in business decisions, contribute to practice management discussions, and play a role in the financial success of the practice.
6. Continuing Education: Stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry. Pursue ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the practice's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
2. Valid dental license and registration with the relevant dental board.
3. Practice number preferred, registration is required
4. Proven experience as a dentist, with a strong clinical background.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Business acumen and a keen interest in practice development.
8. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
