Receptionist/admin

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist who has who has administration experience. SAP experience will be an added advantage.
**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT.**
As a Receptionist will also be responsible for providing administration support for the office.
- You will respond to internal and external telephonic customer queries and requests received through the switchboard.
- Politely and professionally receive and attend to all visitors to reception.
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform general administrative duties.
- Assist other administrative staff with work overflow, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
- Effective self-management and performance ownership.
- Communication, professional telephone manner and etiquette.
- Creation of PR/Goods receipt.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in an Administration position
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- Customer service experience
- Fluent verbal and written communication in relevant business language
- MS Office is a must
- Customer Service Orientation
- Professional Conduct
- Sound judgement
- Attention to detail, ability to handle stress, punctuality
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: R60,00 - R70,00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middelburg, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
