HR & Ops Assistant

A leading and fast-growing company in the Manufacturing/FMCG/Retail space is looking for a competent, experienced, ambitious and hardworking individual to join our team. This individual must be emotionally mature and possess excellent cognitive abilities and high levels of integrity.
This person will report to the HR & Operations Manager.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum of 5 years working in HR (experience in all fields of HR) - contracts, on-boarding, payroll, HR Admin, discipline admin (warnings) etc
Qualification in HR - not negotiable
SHE/OHS experience - highly advantageous
Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time
Able to work unsupervised and manage own time/activities
Must have excellent reporting and record-keeping skills
Must be able to work under pressure
Professional and deadline orientated
Must have an innate sense of accountability and urgency
Team player
Must be proactive and innovative
Must possess high levels of integrity
Possess excellent cognitive abilities
**Experience**:
- HR: 5 years (preferred)
- Ops Assist: 3 years (preferred)
- MS Excel: 5 years (preferred)
