**Your Role**

We’re looking for a skilled **videographer and editor** to create high-quality, engaging short documentaries. You’ll immerse yourself in conservation projects, capturing raw stories of people, wildlife, and landscapes. From field shoots to final edits, your work will inform, inspire, and ignite change.

**Responsibilities**
- **Filming on location**: Capture interviews, action sequences, and stunning visuals in diverse environments, from wild landscapes to community projects.
- **Editing compelling documentaries**: Transform raw footage into captivating short films for social media, youtube, websites, and campaigns.
- **Storyboarding and scripting**: Collaborate with the team to plan narratives that resonate emotionally and drive impact.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our communications and conservation teams to align messaging and storytelling goals.
- **Technical mastery**: Ensure professional-quality footage, sound, and lighting, even in challenging field conditions.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in videography and editing software** (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- **Equipment**:Understand cameras, lenses and equipment needed for a shoot
- **Field filming experience**: Comfortable shooting on location, sometimes in remote or challenging environments.
- **Strong storytelling skills**: Ability to shape narratives that educate, engage, and inspire.
- **Valid driver’s license**; flexibility for field assignments (if needed)
- **Passion for conservation** and the power of visual storytelling.

**Ideal**: Experience with drone filming or underwater videography. Own small rig equipment
