We are looking for someone who will carry out GIS mapping and modelling, conduct visual impact assessments as well as general project work.
- Competence and experience with ArcGIS is a prerequisite.
- Code B Driver’s license is required and own transport will be advantageous.
- Experience in conducting visual impact assessments would be Beneficial.
- Knowledge of the applicable environmental and mining legislation (advantageous).
- Exposure to the mining industry.
- Experience with database structures (geodatabase, MS Access, SQL) would be beneficial as well as proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good report writing skills are a prerequisite.
- Good verbal skills (in addition to written).
- Experience in Environmental modelling using GIS.
- Project management experience.
- CAD experience will be advantageous.
- Remote sensing experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing and business development.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably qualified in Geography / GIS or other relevant environmental field.
