**Role purpose**:
Overall responsibility for all administrative duties within the iStore including control of stock, cash and assets to minimise risk. Is the custodian together with the iStore Manager for all iStore policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s). The Administrative Manager is part of the management team and thus helps ensure the effective operation of the Store and assists in the general management of the iStore.

Educational Requirements:
Matric and - Tertiary qualification with a preference for a finance-related qualification

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years management and 3 years admin experience.
Previous track record in a target-driven environment, which focuses on effective execution of systems, processes, stock handling and exceptional customer services.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Customer Service

Assists iStore management in managing customer complaints.

Is a role module for world-class customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Operations management

Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Investigate discrepancy reports. Ensure security tagging and regular testing of the security system
Manage store room access
Controls and orders consumables and stationery for the store
- Finance, Compliance, Controls

Controls actual vs spend against set budgets and advise on variances. Perform and or oversee end of day, cash up’s and ensure money is deposited into the drop safe. Investigate daily discrepancy reports for POS.

Daily Banking and reconciliation and solving of bank-related problems including re-con, verification and daily reporting of the cash -ups.

Manage the iStore’s petty cash as per SOP.
Ensure all staff claims are consolidated timeously.
- Stock management

Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures in iStore and daily reporting thereof.
Manage in conjunction with the supply chain controller the ordering of stock to ensure correct mix and levels of stock.

Ensure the accurate GRV of stock and recon.
Stock control - daily stock counts and weekly stock takes as per SOP.
Signs off stock discrepancy report Manage stock cycle, issuing to consultants and returning to suppliers. Oversee the movement of repair stock, with weekly reporting and documented escalations as per SOP. Ensure the use and accuracy of the Technical tracking system.
- Quarterly Business Reviews

Prepare commentary and charts to articulate and present forecast assumptions, methodology and performance in a concise manner.
