Our client a large legal firm in Sandton Gauteng is currently looking to employ a reliable and experienced Legal Secretary for their branch soonest.

**Must have Ghost Practice and CaseLines and Court online experience**

**Little information about the company and the role**:

- A mid-sized law firm with A-grade Sandton offices (25 people) is seeking a mid-level Legal Secretary.
- Tasks include both interpersonal responsibilities and administrative duties, and a well-rounded individual is most likely to succeed in the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting legal documents when requested, including subpoenas, motions, and summonses
- Filing case documents in an organized manner for easy access, uploading to CaseLines
- Sending faxes, arranging legal messenger services, and making copies of legal documents
- Preparing documents and case files for attorney use in court
- Booking meetings and coordinating diaries of multiple consultant attorneys in the office
- General admin and personal assistant duties, as well as office administration
- Must have own car or reliable transport and be available to commence duties within two weeks.
- Qualifications: Secretarial diploma or administration certificate
- Experience 2-5 years experience in a commercial and litigation law firm (non-negotiable)

**Salary**: R22,500.00 - R32,000.00 per month
