**About the role**:
**What we look for in Recruitment Consultants**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the Recruitment industry
- Proven business development skills, recruiting, account development and account management
- Self-confident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and strong resilience
- Possess a positive and professional attitude
- Goal-focused and keen to progress both your knowledge and career
- Passionate about developing yourself.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a professional and driven sales role
- Attention to detail is critical

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops a strong network of talent
- Serves clients, identifies their needs and provides feedback on the success of filling jobs
- Advises clients on a suitable recruitment strategy - advertising/search etc
- Develops and manages client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Proactively and consistently strives to identify and obtain new business opportunities
- Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan
- Sources suitable vacancies in line with company policies Establishes and agrees on terms and conditions of service
