**Job Description**:
**Contract Length**: 6-12 months with potential to extend

**What you will do**:

- Be responsible for one of the following areas:

- ** Brand Creative**: Consult internal team and agency creatives across territories by evaluating design assets in development and guiding work to deliver on the current network brand guidelines.
- ** Visual Identity Design**:Experience implementing brand design systems in specific marketing/communication channels. Looking for SMEs in these areas**:

- Web/Mobile UX design
- Business template design (e.g. in design, ppt, word, etc.)
- Digital and social advertising design
- Typeface, icons and data visualization design
- Animation and motion graphic design
- ** Verbal Identity Lead**:Experience developing strategic and creative points of view on Brand Character, Brand Voice, and writing - producing into guidelines.
- ** Brand education/training**: Experience developing and rolling out brand training content for global audience of employees, vendors, etc..
- ** Client Experience**: Experience developing brand client experience strategy and assets to enhance the most critical and most differentiating interactions across the buyer journey.
- ** Employer Brand Experience**: Experience developing Employer Value Propositions to align to brand positioning/purpose and developing employee engagement plans to inspire and reintroduce brand to employees.
- ** Brand Ambassador program development**:Experience developing community of practices/brand engagement programs in which engage employees to deeply understand the brand and serve as influencers and advocates throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, university degree (Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Proven working experience as Brand Director, Senior Manager, Manager or Associate Manager.
- B2B marketing and marketing program management expertise.
- Experience working within global professional services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
