Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ an HR Administrator to join their dynamic team in Rosslyn.
- Ensure that all payroll input or instructions are prepared and logged in time for the weekly and monthly payroll run and submit.to the payroll input or instruction to the Payroll Coordinator/Correspondence.
- Salary and wage input sheets and masterfile payroll input into payroll.
- Handling and managing payroll queries.
- Ensure that HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.
- Provide appropriate reports from the HR Database for the purpose of auditing ad monitoring employee data and training, plant and regional headcount, absenteeism, top5 co-ordination, metis, pims, etc.
- Administer, promote and track usage of the company staff benefits schemes (provident, group risk and funeral fund and medical aid documentation
- Performance management administration.
- Employee wellness initiatives administration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education : National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3 years sound payroll experience
- SAP experience is a must
- Microsoft Office at Intermediate level
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures as well as relevant statutory legislation.
