**Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ an HR Officer to join their dynamic team in Rosslyn.**

**Purpose of the role**:

- The purpose of this position is to proactively provide advisory, support and administrative assistance to the employees of Pretoria Site/ HR and departments of the company and to ensure the efficient running of the department as well as embed a strategic approach to Human Capital management that results in more effective customer interface delivery.

Responsibility rests with the incumbent to provide an effective value-added service to the Pretoria site and Head office of the company

The HR officer will provide the following HR Services in the respective areas:

- Recruitment and Selection
- Performance Management
- Employee relations and wellness
- Talent Management
- Reward and recognition
- Payroll Support
- Industrial Relations
- COVID-19 support
- Report back to HR manager on a weekly basis.
- Disability

**Job Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Human Resources attained through an accredited institution.
- Preferred qualification: NQF Level 6 Industrial Relations/ Psychology or BCom Majoring in Human Resources/Business Management.
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in a HR department in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
Industrial Relations preferred experience in a union and manufacturing environment of a large organisation.
