Company Overview

Responsibilities:

- To place weekly raw material orders on suppliers.
- Track customer variation on orders that could be transmitted to our supplier base.
- Expedite orders using the standard transport mode
- Escalate material or supply problems. Ensure to monitor on-time delivery.
- Ensure that all imports requirements are met (FCL/ LCLrequirements -TO’s, forecasts, etc)
- Review and action delivery discrepancies
- Manage Excess & Obsolescence management; Engineering Change management of your parts
- Work with the team on CIP’s
- Cycle count control of parts at risk/ needing review
- Supplier management

Educational Requirements:
Tertiary qualification is essential.

Related experience:
Good administrative experience and computer skills is essential. A working knowledge of SAP or a similar system would be advantageous. Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience within the automotive environment is essential.
