A Guesthouse in Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a **live in** Senior Hospitality receptionist / Administrator.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greeting visitors
- General Administration duties
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

**Requirements for the role**:

- Grade 12 pass
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry
- Eligible to work in SA
- Good Administration skills
- Good organizational skills
