We are a well-established Coffee Import-Export company based in Parkhurst
- our environment is professional, agile and collaborative and we're seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator assistant to join our sales force. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices and relay order instructions. To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.
- **Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited to)**:_
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices and quotes
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- **Requirements**:_
- National Senior Certificate
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Microsoft Proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Extras**:_
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (preferable)
- Experience in Sage One or Pastel is preferable.
- Own vehicle/ reliable transport. (Safe street parking space available)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid Passport
- Flexibility (National travel may be required from time to time)
- Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Weekdays & 08:30-13:00 Saturday (every third Saturday)

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parkhurst, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
