**SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER**

iDexis Compounding Specialists provides industry leading compounding solutions and pharmaceutical development to our customers who consist of medical prescribers, wellness and holistic health practitioners, and pharmacies.

**Position Summary**
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in the nutrition and pharmaceutical industry.
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management initiatives. Based in Pretoria, but leading the team in Southern Africa this role offers the flexibility of travelling and various locations including Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, allowing the incumbent to effectively balance responsibilities and maximize productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of Kuchera's solutions and drive sales initiatives.

**Marketing Strategy and Brand Development**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate Kuchera's value proposition to target audiences.

**Sales Management and Reporting**:

- Track sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders.

**Education/ Experience Requirements**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- The role demands a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Afrikaans is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling the building of relationships and influence over key stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset is necessary for interpreting data and market insights to guide decision-making.
- The position requires a results-driven individual focused on customer satisfaction and the success of the business.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, is crucial
- The role includes a requirement to travel as needed

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
