We are seeking experienced Telesales Agents with a proven track record in selling web design and graphic design services. This is a commission-only position, offering a generous 20% commission on each sale made. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients from provided leads list.
- Present and sell web design and graphic design services to prospects.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, specifically in selling web design or graphic design services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
