**Job Purpose**:
To be responsible for the a clerical, administration and data capture service to the relevant
Maintenance and Construction Divisions in accordance with the relevant procedures.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Control the administrative activities.
Supervision, control, training and monitoring of subordinate staff performance.
Responsible for maintaining effective industrial relations.
Facilitating the financial aspects of the Depot.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of security by ensuring compliance with Depot
requirements.
Actively support and promote safety and accident prevention.
Provides departmental support in terms of specific activities to line functions.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12.
Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).
18 Months relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant post matric certificate.
24 months relevant experience including supervision and control of staff.
