**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for medical staff
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and insurance processing
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a medical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
