**Managed People Solutions** is looking to hire a **Receptionist **for a large **Transportation Company **based in **Linbro Park.**
**Responsibilities**
- Direct incoming and outgoing calls
- Taking messages
- Welcoming Guests
- Managing the reception area
- Monitor post and deliveries
- General administration
- Order stationary
- Assisting the Orders Department
- Responsible for collection/promo invoices including office administration
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- 2 - 3 years receptionist experience
- Switchboard experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Computer literate
- Very good typing skills
**Closing Date : 06 February 2023**
**Job Type**: Permanent

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
