What you will be doing?


As we move to our new office location based in Montecasino, we are now recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Office Management team.

We will be looking for you to provide administration support to our local operations in addition to providing some administration support to the South African Management team.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Qualify all calls and announce the caller.
General administrative and clerical duties – assisting the South Africa Team with ad hoc projects and general administration tasks as and when required
Any other duties that might be considered reasonable by your line manager
Working with the Atlantic Global booking system
Working with SalesForce – Structure, Usage and Campaign Administration
Working to align Software licences
Scanning documents
Cover of reception in the absence of Receptionist.
Assist Receptionist in receiving and sorting all Mail deliveries.
Organisation of outgoing mail.
Assist with internal room bookings.
