- People management
- Training and development of staff
- Managing the performance of staff
- Client engagement and liaison
- Client and business development
- Execution of complex audit engagements
- Act as a reviewer in the Audit Quality Review process
- Providing support to the partner and AD in the Energy and Natural Resources division
- Process implementation

**Requirements**:

- Qualified CA(SA) - preference with first time board passes
- Articles at a Big 4 Audit firm
- Minimum of 2 years post article experience - preferably in the Insurance sector
- At least 1year people management experience within a traditional audit environment
- Understanding of quality and risk requirements
- Excellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP (Local) with in the Insurance sector
- Must not be longer than 2 years out of Audit
