**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
To prepare all hot and cold beverages timeously and in a tasteful manner, as per standard operating procedures and recipes, in order to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**:

- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a restaurant environment.
- Experience within hospitality will be an advantage
- Previous Barista training will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Knowledge of Health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

**KEY ACOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide excellent customer services
- Preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages
- Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards
