Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Controller to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting both customer and company expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they are kept within optimal ranges. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and avoid stockouts.
- Quality Control: Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze production processes for efficiency improvements. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and process improvements to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production control or planning role, preferably in the meat processing or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, production scheduling, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in the food production industry.
