Stock ordering (testers and samples), allocations ordering, creating and tracking PO’s and prioritizing Stock orders for:
- Pharmacies and Salons
- Retail stores
- New Launches POP and New Store Openings
- Supports promotional and New Launch strategies and activities and provides feedback reports.
- Reviews requests for promotional activities, calculates potential return on investment (ROI) and presents proposal to the Sales and Education Manager
- Consolidates the Trade photographic evidence.
- Coordinates and arranges sales meetings.
- Follow up with AM execution of activities weekly
- Prepares Weekly trade reports, including report on Lost Sales.
- Monitor sales metrics and generates reports for sales analysis and forecasting
- Compiles presentations as and when required.
- Consolidates Customer feedback (e.g. customer needs, problems, interests) and prepares monthly report
- Consolidates reports on competitive activities, new products launches and retailer activities
Assist with Beauty Coach invites to training sessions.
Assist with the consolidation of Beauty Coach attendance registers.
Completion and submission of sales monthly register.
Travel arrangements where required (booking accommodation, flights).
Ensure the Beauty Coach Blueprint is kept up to date.
Control onsite stock and manage the Johannesburg Sales Storeroom, conduct monthly stock count.
Ensures distribution of POP/GWP/Testers/TS from the Johannesburg Sales storeroom.
Ensure compliance with the company’s Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety individual responsibilities as required.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements as required.
- Consistently look for opportunities to propose improvements with regards to current work practices
Any other duties as requested by the Sales and Education Manager.
**Requirements**:
- matric certificate
- South African Citizen
Strong excel skills at a minimum level of Intermediate
Strong Power point skills, able to compile professional presentations
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Able to work under stress.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
This position is an office-based role and requires the incumbent to work 5 days per week from the office.
