**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
Carries out a variety of churn projects within a building or premises that do require the attention of Space Planner. Monthly movable asset verification and asset tagging.

**MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques dealing with churn, asset tagging and asset verification.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Repair minor equipment and appliances.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs.
- Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical and electrical systems.
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
- Moving and installation safes.
- Maintenance of all types of blinds and partitioning.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Basic knowledge of OHS policies and procedures
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Matric Certificate
- 2 -3 years’ work experience in the technical/ maintenance field

**SKILLS**
- Ability to communication in English
- Apt in problem solving
- Basic computer literacy
- Well organized

**COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to follow simple instructions
- Attention to detail
- Customer focus
- Initiative
