To ensure success as an Immigration Case Manager you should exhibit superior organisational skills and demonstrable experience in secretarial and business/project administration roles in order to devote real-time administrative assistance to Senior Consultants.

**Objectives**:
Based within the high functioning Immigration division, you must be efficient yet meticulous with a keen eye for detail, deadline driven, quick learner in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment and the ability to use your own initiative. This exciting position offers great opportunities for growth within this company at their Head Office based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

**Duties including but not limited to**:

- Provide real-time general administrative support on various daily duties
- Facilitate external third-party processes
- Liaise with the different Government authorities (local and abroad)
- Capture and track visa cases end-to-end
- Ad-hoc administrative support
- Document vetting, drafting and preparation

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Formal qualification is advantageous
- Experience in Corporate/Business environment would be beneficial
- Advanced computer literacy
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Good writing skills (Business Acumen)
- Driver’s license and vehicle non-negotiable
