**Duties & Responsibilities**

In this role you will be responsible for managing the department in a job that is a long way removed from the typical 8am - 5pm

The list of tasks you are expected to complete is impressive in terms of variety and includes arranging point of sale for promotional events, communicating with retail staff, creating online content and organising market research etc.

**This involves working within the advertising, digital, print or direct marketing industries in what is a fast-paced and challenging role. Your main role is to co-ordinate Marketing Campaigns and manage the Promotions calendar**

Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested

Oversee the Graphic Designer by mapping out daily tasks and ensure all are produced within deadline

Proof reading all agency materials from first layout to print proof to ensure style, consistency, clarity and readability, trademarks, registration information, referencing style and branding information are adhered to

Co-ordinating all marketing between MD, graphic designer, printer and delivery to all Retail Stores. Ensuring deadlines met timeously

Coordinating and collating marketing material and content, and ensuring it is up to-date and relevant. Packing, labelling and despatching all items to be used at Retail stores, events and exhibitions to ensure that they are available when required.

Ensuring that all marketing material is aligned with the company brand identities.

Circulating regular Internal updates to Retail store staff with brand's offers and deals to capitalise on sales

Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases

Have love for technology and gadgets

Tech Savvy

The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.

Able to multi-task and work across multiple brands.

Able to work under pressure and maintain detail, accuracy, and consistency.

A wide vocabulary.

Curiosity. The ability to consider and see different points of view

Knowledge of marketing automation tools to work smart and not hard so that all work flow processes and planning can be streamlined

Able to travel to Gauteng when needed

**Experience**

Min 5 years or more experience in all the above requirements

Strong organisational and research skills

Creative and on the ball attitude. Able to multi task and work to with speed to to the nature of our industry.

Able to create structure and process

Attention to detail and work under pressure

Ability to work with speed and quick turnaround

Passion for marketing and events and love what you do. Attention to detail and be a perfectionist.

Able to create marketing plans to show suppliers ROI in order to get their support

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 1.30pm

Be **FLEXIBLE** to work overtime during the first week for the month and peak seasons

**Package**:
Salary negotiable based on skills and attitude

Yearly Bonus after 12 month employment

Incentives after 6 month of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R10,000.00 per month
